Mobile Regional Airport Enrollment Center Global Entry Interview & Appointment Guide

Next appointment in 16 days

The Mobile Regional Airport Enrollment Center sits at the airport's main terminal about 13 miles west of downtown Mobile, Alabama, and was only the second Global Entry enrollment center to open in the state, after Huntsville. That makes it a regional draw for the Gulf Coast, not just a local convenience for Mobile itself. Confirm the terminal on Google Maps before you head over.

No available appointments at Mobile Regional Airport Enrollment Center?

With only two enrollment centers serving Alabama, appointment slots here can be scarce relative to demand from across the Gulf Coast region. Rather than refreshing the Trusted Traveler Programs site by hand, savvy travelers set up Snapslot to send a real-time text the moment a cancellation opens up, so they can grab it before anyone else does.

Knowing the Global Entry Application Process

  • Submit Your Application: Create a Trusted Traveler Programs account and submit the Global Entry application with the fee.
  • Await Conditional Approval: CBP reviews your background before clearing you to schedule an interview.
  • Schedule Your Interview: Slots here fill up fast given limited statewide capacity. If nothing is open, Snapslot can alert you the moment a cancellation appears.
  • Attend Your Interview: A CBP officer reviews your documents and travel history in person. There's no sign-in sheet here, so simply notify the officer of your arrival.
  • Await Final Approval: Most applicants hear back shortly after the interview.

Preparing for your interview

Bring your passport, permanent resident card if applicable, any U.S. visas, and proof of residence such as a driver's license or piece of mail addressed to you. Your Conditional Approval Notification in your Trusted Traveler Programs account lists the exact documents required for your case, so check it before you go. The interview is largely an honesty check, so answer plainly and dress professionally, as you would for any appointment with a federal officer.

Getting to your appointment

Parking at Mobile Regional Airport Enrollment Center

On-site parking is available directly at the main terminal, putting you within easy walking distance of the enrollment center.

Taking Public Transit to Mobile Regional Airport Enrollment Center

Public transit connections to the airport are limited, and the roughly 13-mile distance from downtown Mobile makes a bus route impractical for a single timed appointment. Rideshare from Mobile or nearby Gulf Coast communities tends to be the more reliable way to get there.

Check the Trusted Traveler Programs site directly for openings, or let Snapslot watch it for you.

Skip the manual refreshing: Snapslot texts you the moment a Mobile cancellation opens up.
