Moline-Quad Cities International Airport Global Entry Interview & Appointment Guide

Next appointment in 46 days

The Global Entry Enrollment Center serving Moline-Quad Cities International Airport isn't inside the terminal: it's an off-site CBP office east of the airport, at the far end of a large parking lot lined with semi trailers. The location serves the whole Quad Cities region, spanning Moline and Rock Island in Illinois and Davenport and Bettendorf across the river in Iowa. Confirm the building on Google Maps before you drive over, since the office isn't visible from the main terminal.

No available appointments at Moline-Quad Cities International Airport?

Appointments here are subject to cancellation, including last-minute ones, which means slots can open up unpredictably. Rather than refreshing the Trusted Traveler Programs site by hand, savvy travelers set up Snapslot to send a real-time text the moment one of those cancellations opens up, so they can grab it before anyone else does.

Knowing the Global Entry Application Process

  • Submit Your Application: Create a Trusted Traveler Programs account and submit the Global Entry application with the fee.
  • Await Conditional Approval: CBP reviews your background before clearing you to schedule an interview.
  • Schedule Your Interview: With cancellations common here, watching for openings pays off. Snapslot can alert you the moment one appears.
  • Attend Your Interview: A CBP officer reviews your documents and travel history in person; expect to wait your turn if other appointments are running.
  • Await Final Approval: Most applicants hear back shortly after the interview.

Preparing for your interview

Bring your passport and either a driver's license or a utility bill showing your current address. The interview is largely an honesty check, so answer plainly and be ready to speak to every country you've visited in the last five years. Dress professionally, as you would for any appointment with a federal officer, and have a seat when you arrive since other interviews may be in progress ahead of yours.

Getting to your appointment

Parking at Moline-Quad Cities International Airport

Coming off I-74, stay in the left lane and turn left at the first intersection, then follow the service road until you reach the large lot with semi trailers. The CBP office is the last building at the far end, marked by a blue-colored wall. It's a different lot from the airport's main terminal parking, so budget a few extra minutes if you've been to the terminal before but not this office.

Taking Public Transit to Moline-Quad Cities International Airport

Quad Cities MetroLINK runs bus service daily between downtown Moline and the airport, which can work if you're coming from central Moline. Since the enrollment center itself is an off-site office beyond the terminal, though, rideshare from Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, or Bettendorf is generally the more direct way to reach the office itself.
